Title
We are the members of Airline Professionals Association/Teamsters Local 1224 – the pilots of ABX Air. Each day, we go to work knowing that the jobs and livelihood of hundreds of crewmembers and their families depend in part on the skill, training and experience our members provide. Similarly, we know our livelihood depends in no small part on the decisions that management makes for ABX Holdings. In that regard, we are very concerned about the direction that senior management has been taking ABX Holdings.

After logging many long hours in the air, we safely land our aircraft on-time and with precision knowing we have been the best ambassadors possible for you as you have invested your resources into this company. We hope you will exercise your rights as shareholders and demand answers from the executives of ABX Holdings at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 13, 2008.
