Mr. Hete has been President and Chief Executive Office of ABX Air, Inc., since August 2003. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of ABX Air from January 2000 to August 2003. From 1997 until January 2000, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Hete served as Senior Vice President, Administration, of the Company from 1991 to 1997; and Vice President, Administration, of the Company from 1986 to 1991. He joined the Company in 1980. Mr. Hete does not serve on any of the committees of the Board.
